Kassy’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning. Across these areas of law, she makes a dedicated commitment to becoming a trusted advisor for her clients and providing them with sound and skilled advice. Kassy prioritizes her clients’ needs and invests the time it takes to understand their personal or business desires and what is truly important to them. She takes great pride in counselling her clients when they develop a financial or business opportunity, wish to discuss complex estate planning techniques, or have questions on their first-time home purchase. Kassy works with her clients directly but also with their other professional advisors, providing well-considered, dependable advice to avoid unnecessary issues before they ever arise. She also has a shrewd eye for the nitty-gritty details which helps her navigate even the most unusual or complicated matters.

Outside of the office, Kassy enjoys getting her heart pumping and can be regularly spotted at the local Goodlife for her daily dose of weight training and cardio. She also recently discovered a love of sewing and often makes her way to the local quilt shop to find exciting new fabrics, patterns, and projects to tackle. She hasn’t quite mastered all the details there but hopes to become one day as competent at aligning her seams as she is applying her legal expertise for her clients.
